Bertram’s business management experience includes State Manager and Queensland General Manager Roles for large privately owned national companies. Over the last 18 years he has worked in the Commercial Cleaning Industry as a Business Development Manager initially, and then National Sales Manager before setting up his own company as Cleanstate Commercial Cleaning.
Bertram brings to the business his knowledge gained through business education, experience in his various management roles, and knowledge of all areas of the cleaning business, including cleaning and operations. Above all, he brings a passion for customer satisfaction which is the core of his business ethic.
HR AND QUALITY MANAGER
Doreen has a long history of working with both public and private enterprises, including nearly 13 years in the cleaning industry.
With a Masters in Communication and Masters in HR Management and Coaching, Doreen is responsible for ensuring that Cleanstate Commercial Cleaning complies with all relevant, current and future legislation.
Doreen is also Team Leader for the continuing process of maintaining our ISO accreditation.
Graeme brings to Cleanstate a vast repertoire of skills gained over 30 years in the service industry, particularly commercial cleaning. His experience in operational roles through to senior manager in a variety of companies has given him an understanding of the nuances and demands of providing service to a client’s exact needs. Graeme is closely involved in client discussions regarding their requirements, and provides ongoing support to existing and new clients. He is also instrumental in analysing and recommending ways to improve our service and implement efficiencies to the benefit of our clients.
PATRICIA (TRISH) AAROE
As our Area Supervisor, Trish brings a wealth of experience to the Company, including over 10 years in the cleaning industry. She excels in both a practical, hands on role and in the supervision of individuals or large groups. Trish is responsible for looking after our new and existing clients, as well as recruiting, training and supervising our cleaners. As an experienced and reliable manager she has a good rapport with all the staff under her control, suppliers and clients. Trish ensures that we give everyone the best possible results by maintaining good communication with our clients and conducting regular formal and informal audits of their premises.
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE
Terri has an extensive background in Administration and Finance through a range of industries. She is the first point of contact for any enquiries and with her exceptional communication, solid administration and finance skills, coupled with her bright personality and helpful manner is she able to handle all enquiries.
Terri manages all administrative duties in addition to her financial duties. Her enthusiasm, proficiency, exceptional organisational and administrative skills ensures everything is completed on time. Terri is a valued member of our team.
